Jon Nelson serves as the pastor to individuals who range from college age to early thirties. He has been involved in ministry from an early age because of his passion of teaching and serving others. He holds a B.A. degree in Mathematics Education from Olivet Nazarene University. He also teaches part time at McGavock High School. Jon is married to Cassidy who also serves as a small group leader at HCN for teenage girls and is currently a counselor for Rest Stop ministries. They have two young children Nora and Caya. The Nelson family not only loves to serve the community at HCN but loves to be a part of it.
